We are seeking a talented individual to provide Implementation and Application Support for our ever-growing customer base. Reporting to the Project Manager you will provide support during new implementations and releases, as well as responding to issues using your problem solving skills to troubleshoot and progress complex problems. You will interface with the development team on various technologies in our .NET web-based application, and will gain some small exposure to SQL, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a natural aptitude for dealing with clients, and with a good appreciation of software systems and technology.

Skills summary:
  • A good degree in Computing or IT related subject.
  • Good ‘soft’ skills with an aptitude for customer support.
  • Advanced problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated team worker able to work unsupervised to tight deadlines.
